It IS time!!!!!

Meadow is a fantastic mom as always.

We woke up around 4am today and noticed Meadow was likely in early labor. We walked around the yard a bit with her, got her some wet food and fresh water, and then returned her to her whelping box for some alone time by her usual preference. With the box in the garage, we can hear well from the living room. Soon enough, around 7:30, we heard light yipping come from over the sweet morning sounds of Daniel Tigers Neighborhood (IYKYK). Sure enough, we all went out to find the first little puppy all cleaned up and patched ❤️

It's just before 9am now, and we have two girls followed by a boy so far. Our kids went out to experience a little glimpse of the process, and now we're giving Meadow a break while we get some breakfast.

Here are our guesses for the final puppy count! For context, she had 11 in 2021 and 10 in 2022.

Amy: 9

Cass: 9

Nancy: 10

Jack: doesn't know numbers yet but is just happy to be here
